These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Verifyd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at https://verifyd.social ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 2. Description of Service
Verifyd is a verified influencer directory platform that allows content creators and influencers to list their verified social media profiles so that brands and businesses can discover and connect with them. We provide tools for creators to build a public profile showcasing their social media presence across platforms.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
To use the Service as a creator, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at admin@verifyd.social if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion. 4. Subscription and Payments
Creator listings on Verifyd require a subscription at $29 per month. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
5. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator listing on Verifyd, you are responsible for ensuring that all information in your profile is accurate, current, and not misleading. All social media accounts you list must be valid, active, and genuinely owned or operated by you. You must update your profile promptly if any information changes, and you must not misrepresent your follower counts, engagement rates, or other metrics. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that contains inaccurate or misleading information.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to impersonate any person or entity, list social media accounts you do not own, upload unlawful or harmful content, scrape or extract data from the Service without written permission, interfere with or disrupt the Service, create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Verifyd name, logo, website design, and all related content are the exclusive property of Verifyd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. By submitting content to your Verifyd profile, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of operating the Service. You retain ownership of your own content.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time by contacting us at admin@verifyd.social. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if we choose to discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from the directory and your access to the Service will cease. 9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verifyd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We do not guarantee that brands or businesses will contact you as a result of your listing. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The date at the top of this Terms of Service indicates when it was last updated.
